Industrial Piping Design Overview

Our engineers and designers utilize Bentley AutoPLANT® for 3D piping layout and orthographic drawing production. Plans, sections, and elevations are automatically generated. Once our engineers have selected the proper specifications, the program ensures the proper pipe, fittings, flanges and valves are selected.

MLEA Inc. has developed a broad range of specifications including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, nickel, monel, chrome-moly and plastics such as PVC and HDPE.

Constructability is assured with interference detection which identifies interferences of steel, equipment, pipes and allows them to be corrected before they get to the field.

MLEA Inc. utilizes ISOGEN software to develop a fully dimensioned and detailed isometric ready for fabrication.

Pipe stress analysis is performed to insure code compliance.
