Process Engineering and Design Overview
MLEA Inc. has a great deal of experience in air separation and other industrial gas plants.
Our staff has been involved in all aspects of the design, project management and field erection of numerous cryogenic
Air Separation Plants across the globe, with installations ranging from 15 TPD to 1500 MTPD of oxygen and/or nitrogen,
some with argon production and many with liquefiers with product storage or gas recompression.
We have
experience with alternative methods of air separation including membranes and Pressure or Vacuum Swing non-cryogenic
generators.
MLEA Inc. has also designed plants that generate, separate, and purify a wide range of specialty
gases including CO2, F2, H2, N2O, NF3, NH3, AHF and AHCL.
MLEA Inc. utilizes HYSYS and other advanced process
tools to thoroughly evaluate all aspects of the gas separation requirement. We can develop equipment specifications
and review fabrication drawings for exchangers, condensers, distillation columns, specialized pressure vessels and numerous
other types of process equipment.
